Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of www.lorecards.com. This Site is an ecommerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand These Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site:
- Trading Card Games
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. all information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible.
However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
All payments are managed by Shopify.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reserve your transaction.
Pre-Orders
When you pre-order items payment is taken in full at the time that the order is placed, this acts as a reservation and secures the items. We aim to ship all Pre-Orders to be received on the published release dates, subject to receiving goods from distribution in good time to do so.
On rare occasions with popular products we may not receive our full allocation from suppliers to fulfil all orders. In this situation we aim to get products out to as many customers as possible and products will be prioritised in order of when the order was placed, any remaining items will be placed on back order. Back order items can be refunded immediately if requested or these will be fulfilled when additional stock arrives.
You may cancel any pre-orders up until it is dispatched, cancellations will incur a 3% cancellation fee to cover our payment processing costs which are not recoverable. In the event that due to allocations we are not able to fulfil your entire order and items are put on backorder, this charge will not apply to those backorder items.
Repeat cancellations on Pre-Order products may result in you being ineligible to place Pre-Orders on future products.
In the event that pre-order prices change between the time of ordering and the release date, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund or receive a credit voucher for the difference to use on the site. (Price changes not including promotional deals/discounts)
Delivery Discrepancies due to errors in address and recipient name
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Goods posted that cannot be delivered due to an error with the address provided, we reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items again or cancel your order and provide a refund and recover costs for failed delivery.
If the delivery is refused we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover costs incurred for the return of the items from any refund. If you do not wish to keep the order and cancel, it is advised you take receipt of the delivery and return it as directed in our returns policy.
