Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order after items have been dispatched, return postage cost must be paid by you.

All products must be returned as they were sent out. Sealed products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. This includes cases where sealed cases have been dispatched. 

With any items not returned under this condition we reserve the right to refund up to 50% of their sales cost (Not applicable to faulty or damaged items).

Issues with delivered items or items received in damaged condition or found to be faulty can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Issues must be reported on the day of arrival.

When informed of damage or faulty we will always try to find the best resolution for both parties.

Pre-Order items can be cancelled anytime up to release date, and 14 days from release date. If cancelled after dispatch standard cancellation rules apply. Pre-Orders cancelled before release are subject to a 3% cancellation charge (Please see our Terms and Conditions for Pre-Order Policies).

Repeat cancellations on Pre-Order items may result in you being ineligible to place Pre-Orders in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge suitable fees after these periods.
