Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
By selecting a deferred purchase or pre-order option at Lorecards, you agree to the following terms regarding the cancellation and management of your order.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a refund.

Refund Processing: All cancellations are subject to a full refund of the purchase price.

Fees: Please note that refunds may be subject to transaction or cancellation fees imposed by payment processors, which may be deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at lorecardsuk@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Post-Shipment Cancellations (Returns)
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be "cancelled" in transit. You must follow our standard Return Policy:

14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the item.

Condition: Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. As TCG products are sensitive to tampering, we cannot accept returns for items where the factory seal is broken.

Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as Lorecards is not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Merchant Rights to Cancel
Lorecards reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. This typically occurs in the event of:
- Stock Availability: Unforeseen shortages from distributors (particularly common with high-demand TCG releases).
- Policy Violations: Suspected fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

Pricing Errors: Obvious or clear errors in product pricing.

In these instances, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund.
